Step-by-Step Manufacturing Process

1. Initial Consultation

The journey to exceptional custom sports apparel begins with a detailed initial consultation to understand your brand’s unique requirements and vision fully.
Product Requirements: Discuss your custom product requirements with our sales team.
Details Confirmation: Confirm details, including design preferences, fabric selection, and special features.

2. Our Manufacturing Process

Once the initial consultation is complete, the next phase is the meticulous sampling process. Here’s a brief overview:

3. BULK PRODUCTION

After you confirm the sample, we move on to the bulk production process, where your designs come to life on a larger scale. Here’s an overview of the steps involved.

a) Order Confirmation

Sales personnel confirm details, translate to Chinese, and print the order.

b) Fabric Calculation & Pre-production

Pattern designers calculate fabric requirements and arrange pre-production samples.

c) Fabric Procurement

Purchasing managers buy fabric, usually within two to three days.

d) Cutting

Workers arrange and cut the fabric into parts according to pattern paper, then
pack for sewing.

e) Technique Application​

Apply techniques (printing, embroidery, etc.), typically taking up to a week.

f) Sewing​

Workers sew parts together, using pre-production samples as references

g) Quality Check

Threads are cut, and products are checked for defects.

h) Packing

Each garment is packed in a polybag.

i) Shipping​

Arrange shipping with sales personnel, choosing air or sea.
